Job summary

NetServices (NSI) seeks a GovTA Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as Program Manager Senior. The role provides expert support, strategic oversight, and runs with HR on T&A and payroll reporting systems, primarily GovTA, within a large enterprise environment.

Applicants must have 8+ years of federal program management or SME experience, TS/SCI clearance, and citizenship. Strong leadership, communication, and integration skills with HR/ERP systems are required.

Qualifications

• Related degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including federal program management or SME support for GovTA/WebTA.
• Experience with relational databases, cloud, and Linux-based infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME and liaison for GovTA technical matters.
• Collaborate with GovTA software vendor on product items.
• Support timekeeping and payroll systems with federal regulations compliance.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and upgrades of GovTA features.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, finance to resolve issues and best practices.
• Mentor government staff and provide knowledge transfer.
