Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements from inception to conclusion for complex programs
• Provide strategic technical guidance to staff and customers
• Support multiple functional areas with SME input
• Participate in trade analyses and transfer into operations
• Develop and recommend innovative solutions for T&E challenges
• Collaborate with government and contractors on complex issues
