Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant work.
• Experience in Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP software, SPS, and PIEE.
• FARS/DFARS experience and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply FAR and related requirements.
• Analyze property records and supporting documents.
• Interface with customers on property issues, processes, and systems.
• Coordinate with and interview key personnel.
• Document investigation details using technical writing/editing techniques.
• Submit loss cases and track progress.
• Lead projects and meetings with internal and external customers.
• Maintain and organize digital documentation through investigation stages.
