Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide senior leadership for the FBI SWIFT mission. You will manage complex government programs, coordinating budgets, schedules, risk, and resources across sites with emphasis on strategic initiatives and high-impact deliverables.

U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required. You will report to SWIFT program leadership, oversee cross-functional teams, develop action plans, and report progress against milestones to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 15 years of relevant experience.
10 years of complex project management experience in Government programs.
10 years managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk).
8 years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management, customers and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.
Prior experience supporting FBI programs.

Responsibilities

Leads team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.
Facilitates the strategic management process and provides consulting expertise and project management for high risk or critical initiatives.
Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites/facilities.
Oversees all aspects of projects, including long- and short-range plans for necessary support resources.
Tracks progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; reports status and variances; creates action plans.
