Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide senior leadership for the FBI SWIFT mission. The role requires managing complex government programs, aligning with FBI governance, policy, and performance objectives, and delivering high-quality results for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, feasibility assessments, risk management, and cross-agency collaboration to ensure on-time, compliant execution and impactful performance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of complex program management experience in government programs.
• 10+ years leading strategic planning with agency executives.
• 10+ years preparing written and oral reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting FBI programs.

Responsabilités

• Identifies and interprets rules and data relationships to draw logical conclusions and develop solutions.
• Applies systems acquisition policies to assess feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance factors.
• Conducts research, develops plans, coordinates activities, and delivers clear briefings aligned with leadership goals.
• Collaborates across executive staffs, joint organizations, commands, and interagency partners for unified program execution.
• Produces data-driven metrics and analytical products for decision making and oversight.
• Executes comprehensive project management practices including risk management, scheduling, cost control, QA, change management, and resource planning.
• Understands customer requirements to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide senior level leadership and oversight in support of the FBI’s Strategic Workforce for Intelligence, Finance, and Technical Administration (SWIFT) mission. The Program Manager will manage complex FBI programs, lead strategic planning, evaluate program feasibility, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with FBI governance, policy, and performance objectives.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must have a Top Secret clearance.This position is pending contract award.Responsibilities:Identifies and interprets rules, principles, and data relationships to draw logical conclusions and develop solutions to complex problemsApplies systems acquisition policies, procedures, and practices to assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance factorsConducts research, develops plans, coordinates activities, and delivers clear briefings aligned with leadership goals and organizational objectivesCollaborates effectively across executive staffs, joint organizations, commands, and interagency partners to ensure unified program executionProduces data driven metrics and analytical products that strengthen organizational decision making and performance oversightExecutes comprehensive project management practices, including risk management, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource planningUnderstands customer requirements to ensure cases are delivered on time and of high qualityParticipates in program meetings and is prepared to address or disseminate anything of need concerning customer policies, procedures, and clarificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of 12 years of complex program management experience in government programs, projects, or activitiesMinimum of 10 years leading, managing, and conducting strategic planning for an organization, including collaboration with agency executivesMinimum of 10 years preparing written and oral reports to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding program progress and performancePrior experience supporting FBIPreferred Qualifications:Experience in intelligence, financial management, or technical administration environmentsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management certificationExperience with strategic planning, governance frameworks, risk management, or federal acquisition policyAbout MayvinMayvin is more than a workplace, it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
