Job summary

Nightwing seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. You will interface with government customers, manage end-to-end lifecycles, and direct schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure mission success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing government programs in federal environments, active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. DoD/IC experience and PMP are preferred; Huntsville-based onsite role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FAR and government contracting.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with government customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
  • Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program leadership and execution; act as primary interface with government customers and stakeholders.
  • Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
  • Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation.
  • Guide technical solution development and align with engineering teams.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing cross-functional teams; drive collaboration across functions.
  • Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions; identify expansion opportunities.

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum5 years managing government programsin technical or IT environments Clearance * ActiveTS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship Core Competencies * Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting
  • Exceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
  • Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Federal law enforcement background or experience supporting law enforcement agencies
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
  • Track record managing programs valued at $5M or greater
Key Responsibilities
