South Carolina Judicial Branch is seeking a Procurement Manager to coordinate and evaluate contracts for compliance with state and federal laws. You will manage complex procurements, assist with policy development, and oversee the procurement CMS and P-card processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in procurement and contract management or 8+ years of related experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and knowledge of applicable procurement codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in procurement and contract management, or 8+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with governmental purchasing, contract management, assets, SCEIS, and SC Materials Management preferred.
• Knowledge of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code.

Responsabilités

• Assist with procurements including quotes, bids, contracts, proposals, solicitations, and information requests.
• Negotiate complex contracts for compliance with SCJB procurement policies and laws.
• Oversee CMS, track contracts, renewals, expirations, and advise on changes.
• Coordinate P-card program operations and audits.
• Provide guidance and training to procurement staff; support annual reports and audits.
