Job summary

FloridaCommerce's Program Performance Unit seeks a Senior Business Analyst to act as SME for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. You will design and implement complex business solutions, mentor junior analysts, and lead cross‑agency process improvements in Tallahassee, FL.

This role reports to the Program Performance Manager and requires strong data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the ability to align technology with program objectives across diverse teams.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps & Power Automate).
Proficiency in SharePoint site administration, content management, and site development.
Knowledge of data types, collection methods, usage, and storage.
Skill in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Ability to analyze data, map processes, and develop alternative recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
Mentor junior analysts and build team capability.
Lead process improvement initiatives across agency programs.
Provide technical support across agency program areas.
