FloridaCommerce's Program Performance Unit seeks a Senior Business Analyst to act as SME for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. You will design and implement complex business solutions, mentor junior analysts, and lead cross‑agency process improvements in Tallahassee, FL.

This role reports to the Program Performance Manager and requires strong data analysis, stakeholder communication, and the ability to align technology with program objectives across diverse teams.
