Job summary

Amentum in Hanover, MD, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support development, procurement and manufacture of government devices. You will interface with program managers and engineers to ensure material readiness and tracking.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong Excel and AI-driven workflow skills, and some travel between office and lab. Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong time management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools.
• Must have a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering to fulfill material requirements in device development.
• Track and inventory Contractor Acquired Property.
• Interact with government tracking system (JIRA) to access purchase requests and fulfill them promptly.
• Track purchases from order to delivery and update JIRA with current information.
