Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager in Government & Institutional Banking to lead all aspects of the commercial credit process, working directly with prospects and clients.

The role partners with relationship managers to develop financing structures addressing borrowing needs, underwrites and documents complex transactions, and monitors portfolio performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial statement and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Executes on the commercial loan origination strategy with prospects, clients, and influence networks.
• Underwrites, structures, and documents complex transactions above a threshold.
• Manages portfolio performance, identifies issues, and develops credit solutions.
• Ensures credit process metrics are within tolerances.
• Ensures compliance with AML, CRA/HMDA, Reg B and related requirements.
• Reviews interim money requests within defined limits.
