KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Senior Government Funding Project Manager to strengthen Pre-K, Head Start, and Early Head Start programs across our centers. You will partner with state agencies, center leaders, and field teams to guide grant requirements, monitor compliance, and create practical resources that support program success.

You’ll serve as the content expert for assigned states, build relationships with state partners, and help teams track metrics such as recruiting, family

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or related field; ECE experience preferred.
• Experience with Pre-K/Head Start/Early Head Start programs.
• Strong computer skills covering MS Office.
• Professional verbal and written communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing fidelity of Pre-K and Head Start programs.
• Assist center and field leaders with program operations and compliance.
• Create state/contract-specific tools to support grant compliance and data monitoring.
• Collaborate to monitor grant lifecycle and collect data for renewals.
• Build relationships with state agency partners and center leaders.
