Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Government Funding Program Administrator to ensure successful delivery of a government-funded program across sites. You’ll support program quality, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with partners and centers to meet funding requirements.

You’ll perform on-site visits, help with orientations for center leadership and teachers, and maintain documentation while collaborating with internal teams and government agencies to maximize program impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive and adapt to change.
• Strong computer skills covering MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience.
• Effective personal organization and time management skills.
• Ability to travel between alternate center and office locations (50%+); overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support center directors and teachers with goal setting and expectations to ensure compliance with government funding program requirements
• Identify and implement classroom modifications to ensure compliance
• Assist in development and facilitating orientations for center management
• Assist in development and facilitating orientations for lead and assistant teachers at the start of the school year and ongoing throughout the school year
• Ensure that all required paperwork is retained on site for teachers
• Assist the center director with recruitment of and employment interviews for lead teachers as requested
• Assist with curriculum training for lead teachers and assistant teachers throughout the school year and at orientations
• Assist with annual parent orientations Provide guidance tocenterdirectors for annual purchases of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure grant funds are used appropriately
• Advise the government funding supervisor of any compliance issues that may affect the funding of the program
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and government agencies
