Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) is seeking a Project Manager to serve as on-site representative for a large-scale government contract. You will provide leadership, management, and coordination of facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and customer service to meet contract performance standards.

The role requires US citizenship, Top Secret clearance, and 15 years of related experience including 5 years managing operations for facilities over 400,000 sq ft.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
• 15 years of operations and maintenance experience in large facilities.
• Minimum 5 years managing operations for buildings ≥ 400,000 sq ft.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of contract operations and facility services.
• Act as official contractor representative with authority on contract performance matters.
• Maintain on-site presence during core business hours.
• Direct and coordinate facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility issues and customer satisfaction.
• Review and respond to inspection reports and contract communications.
• Exercise purchasing authority up to $5,000 per transaction.
• Monitor safety, quality, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
