Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with government contracts and acquisition.
• Knowledge of FAR 8.4, 12, 13, 15 and 16.505.
• Experience preparing, negotiating, and managing government contracts.
• Ability to advise management on policy changes to improve procedures.
• Experience supporting Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts and subcontracts.
• Analyze estimates of material, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to policy and government specs.
• Advise management of rights and obligations and interpretation of terms.
• Support contracting actions including RFPs, negotiations, and contract administration.
