Qualifications

• Active TS SCI eligibility required or able to obtain.
• Minimum 10 years of government contracting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR 8.4, 12, 13, 15 and 16.505.
• Ability to advise management and influence policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts and subcontracts.
• Analyze estimates, review documents, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support Government Contracting Officers in bid and negotiation actions.
• Conduct contract closeouts and implement efficient procedures.
