Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal through closeout. You will work with program, operations and business teams to negotiate terms, assess risk, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements.

You will review and prepare complex contract documents, support export licensing, and lead subcontract negotiations while maintaining strong customer relations in a 9/80 work schedule environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Understanding of government contract terms and procurement processes.
• Experience with contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• IP and data rights clause knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of source selection/evaluation and cost/price analysis.
• NCMA CPCM certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms and identify risks; interpret agreements and amendments.
• Prepare contract terms, conditions and documentation packages.
• Assist with export license applications and subcontract management.
• Maintain effective internal and external customer relations.
• Support program reviews and proposal preparation.
