Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to administer large and complex contracts across projects. This role requires negotiating terms, coordinating with legal, engineering, procurement, and project teams, and ensuring compliance from proposal through closeout.

You will lead post-award management, assess performance, manage changes, and support risk mitigation while interfacing with stakeholders at multiple levels; international assignments may be involved.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree plus extensive experience or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences including management and clients
• Knowledge of local, state/federal statutes and guidelines relevant to contracts
• Experience negotiating terms for services, construction, engineering, and procurement

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately large and complex contracts
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and coordinate scopes
• Participate in proposal development and evaluation processes
• Perform post-award contract management including invoicing, changes, and closeout
• Coordinate/maintain documentation and interface with project teams
