US Tech Solutions is seeking a Contracts Specialist with a strong background in U.S. Government and military contracting to lead subcontracting under prime government contracts, particularly for CDMA maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will draft, negotiate, and execute complex government contracts, interpret FAR/DFARS regulations, assess risk, and ensure flow-down of prime obligations across SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, and GTAs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. Government contracting.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, GTAs.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing government contracts.
• Ability to interpret federal regulations and assess risk.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk provisions; negotiate modifications or removals.
• Ensure alignment of subcontract terms with internal policies and legal standards.
• Perform detailed pre-award risk assessments on bid proposals for government programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to minimize exposure and ensure compliance.
• Manage contract workflows in SAP Ariba and maintain documentation of approvals.
