Job summary

Immerse Analytics LLC is seeking a senior-level contracting administrator to support cradle-to-grave procurement activities in the Washington, DC area. The role requires expert knowledge of DAWIA standards and collaboration with COR/ACOR and program offices.

Responsibilities include drafting SOWs/PWS, performing market research, developing IGCEs, and guiding acquisition staff. Independent work with minimal oversight is expected, along with employment in Reston, VA and nearby sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience—Mid level with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8-12 years experience—Senior Level with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 13+ years experience—Expert Level with a Master's Degree.
• Experience within the last 2 years in relevant actions.
• Independent work style with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on acquisition position identification and documentation.
• Assist with DAWIA compliance and policies.
• Develop SOW/PWS and orders.
• Perform market research and IGCE development.
• Coordinate with technical experts and contracting office to reflect milestones.
• Support workforce planning activities and data analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
