Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist in Harmonville, PA to manage complex Purchase-Based agreements supporting sales and market access strategies. You will partner with Sales, Pricing, Market Access, Government Pricing, Finance, Legal, Audit, and Compliance to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

You will oversee government-focused contracts, interpret terms on pricing and rebates, and maintain auditable documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3-5 years of pharmaceutical contracting experience, especially Government/Federal contracts.
In-depth knowledge of Government pricing, Class of Trade, compliance, pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and distribution models.
Experience translating complex contract language into clear terms for internal/external stakeholders.
Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase-Based contracts with emphasis on Government and Federal contracting.
Ensure contract terms align with pricing strategies, rebates, and government requirements.
Interpret terms related to pricing, chargebacks, rebates, fees, metrics, and service levels.
Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Audit, and Compliance to manage risk.
Maintain auditable documentation including membership rosters, participation letters, and reporting.
Provide audit support for pricing, eligibility, and contract data integrity.
Support new product launches through contract strategy and third-party oversight.
Improve contract workflows and templates for efficiency.
