Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a prominent client. This fully remote role focuses on end-to-end government and federal contracting, with pricing, rebates, and compliance responsibilities.

You will manage complex contracts, ensure pricing strategies align, and maintain auditable documentation, reporting metrics, and eligibility. 3–5+ years in pharmaceutical contracting required; MS Excel and contract management systems experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical contracting experience, specifically Government and Federal contract compliance and administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of Government pricing calculations, Class of Trade, contract compliance, rebates, chargebacks, pricing, and distribution models.
  • Advanced proficiency with contract management systems, document repositories, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with utilization-based contracts, pricing and reimbursement, PBM, and Medicaid.
  • Broad understanding of the U.S. healthcare and pharmaceutical product contracting environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase-Based Contracts, with a strong focus on Government and Federal contracting.
  • Ensure contract terms align with approved pricing strategies, rebate structures, and government pricing, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret and administer contract terms related to pricing, chargebacks, rebates, fees, performance metrics, and service levels.
  • Manage complex Government, Specialty Pharmacy, IRP, GPO, IDN, and Distributor agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable documentation, including contract pricing, eligibility reporting, participant lists, administrative fees, rebates, and performance reporting.
  • Audit contract eligibility, pricing, payments, and performance metrics to ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Perform customer and pricing validations and provide audit support related to contracting and eligibility.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
  • Pay: $60 – 65.18/hr (W2)
  • 7 ½ - month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
  • Core working hours are 8:0 0 AM–5:0 0 PM, with flexibility to work 1–2 additional hours M–TH to take Friday afternoons off
