Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate meetings and tradeshows, including pre-event planning and onsite management.
• Monitor conference registration platforms and respond to attendee inquiries.
• Coordinate sponsor benefits, print materials, and activations for conferences.
• Maintain accurate conference and attendee data across systems.
• Pull and analyze registration and attendee reports.
• Collaborate with Patient Advocacy to develop event communications.
• Manage event vendors and oversee timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in managing event logistics, production schedules, and execution.
• Submit and manage contracts across Corporate Affairs and Commercial Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Sunshine Act alignment.
