Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
• 9 years experience in contracts negotiation with strong contracts management.
• 3 years management or supervisory experience or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Leads the preparation and review of all business proposals to customers for growth of current contracts or award of new business; ensures FAR compliance.
• Leads contract administration staff in contract activities; ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coordinates approval of legal documents including contracts, modifications, NDAs and teaming agreements; negotiates complex contracts.
• Develops and maintains internal processes compliant with FAR, ISO standards and corporate policies.
• Manages assigned business plans and reporting; advises management on policies to reach goals.
