Job summary

Precinmac is seeking a senior Compliance and Risk leader to direct government compliance programs, export/import controls, and CUI management. You will oversee internal audits, training, and policy maintenance across the business units.

You will partner with IT on cybersecurity, manage supplier risk per DFARS and CMMC, drive ethics training, ESG initiatives, and report to General Counsel and Audit Committee, promoting continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business or law.
• 10+ years in compliance, risk management, or related roles in industrial/defense.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting and export controls (FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a corporate legal department environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's government compliance programs, including export and import controls and licensing.
• Oversee internal compliance audits, employee training, and certification tracking.
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies to ensure legal adherence.
• Coordinate enterprise risk management, business continuity, and cybersecurity readiness.
• Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity policy development and third-party assessments.
• Support supplier risk management under DFARS and CMMC, including corrective actions.
• Lead employee reporting, ethics, and Code of Conduct training across subsidiaries.
• Support ESG initiatives, including environmental reporting and ethical sourcing.
• Serve as internal liaison to management; report to General Counsel and Audit Committee.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in compliance and risk management.
