Job summary

Peregrine is hiring a Public Sector Compliance Manager to own the company’s government contractor obligations and compliance program in the U.S. market.

You will build systems, processes, and cross-functional relationships across Legal, People Ops, Finance, Contracts, and GRC to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment. Located in San Francisco and able to work in the office 4x/week, you will lead audits, SAM.gov activities, and facility/personnel security clearance programs while driving proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public sector compliance, contract administration, or closely related field.
• Deep knowledge of the FAR and DFARS, including reps & certs and flow-downs.
• Hands-on SAM.gov registration and maintenance experience.
• Experience managing facility clearances and personnel security checks.
• Strong ability to build and operate compliance tracking systems across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Peregrine's public sector compliance program—audits, reps & certs, SAM.gov registrations, and contract obligations tracking.
• Identify compliance gaps and coordinate remediation with Legal and Contracts.
• Run compliance training end-to-end with auditable records.
• Manage facility clearance lifecycle and partner with People Ops for onboarding.
• Administer ethics, COI processes, and conflict of interest disclosures under FAR requirements.
• Lead due diligence on subcontractors and vendors and track flow-down clauses.
