Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum four years of accounting experience; municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with fixed assets, grants, debt reporting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Track, reconcile, accrue, and report grant revenues; support audits.
• Maintain long-term debt records and prepare debt schedules.
• Set up GL accounts, perform month-end/year-end close, and provide analyses.
• Contribute to annual financial reporting and policy development.
