The candidate will lead governance initiatives, prepare executive materials, and work with supervisory agencies to ensure regulatory alignment and high-quality execution across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk or compliance within banking/financial services.
• Post-secondary degree in related field; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for supervisory agencies and external parties.
• Oversee Enterprise Compliance Program activities and governance across the department.
• Lead change management and cross-functional initiatives to ensure quality execution.
• Develop and maintain governance, records management, and attestation activities.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior leaders based on data and business context.
