Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in risk/compliance.
• In-depth knowledge operational risk management practices.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of quantitative techniques and economic capital methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of risk policy frameworks and testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight, monitoring and reporting on operational risks for a designated portfolio.
• Develops and monitors the operational management framework and governance practices.
• Ensures compliance, timely reporting and action plans with stakeholders.
• Represents the governance program for internal/external regulatory audits and examinations.
• Leads development and maintenance of the governance system and framework.
• Coordinates and monitors attestations and reporting.
• Maintains tools and templates for risk programs (RCSA, SOX).
