Job summary

Icertis is seeking a Senior Product Trainer in Reston, VA to scale Icertis Academy training for commercial and GovCon customers. The role blends customer enablement, program management, and domain expertise to support GovCon implementations involving FAR/DFARS.

You'll deliver a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, lead training center operations, coordinate cohorts across time zones, and collaborate with Services and Delivery teams to continuously improve materials and labs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering customer training or enablement for enterprise SaaS products.
• GovCon or federal contracting operations experience.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) and workshops.
• Ability to scale training cohorts and manage multiple programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. citizenship required for GovCon engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT/VILT).
• Conduct virtual training across U.S. time zones.
• Deliver in-person onboarding and enablement programs.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, guided exercises, and scenario-based learning.
• Coordinate scheduling, cohort planning, and trainer utilization.
• Develop and improve training materials and labs.
