Atlassian is seeking a Senior Manager to build and drive Government Cloud platform components, leading the release program end-to-end. You will manage a team of engineers, own the go/no-go framework, and partner with multiple platform teams to scale tooling and processes.

• Proven track record coordinating complex multi-team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own the release process for Government releases: planning, branch and versioning strategy, release readiness, cutover, verification, and rollback.
• Run the release calendar and dependency map across teams; balance timelines and quality signals.
• Make go/no-go decisions and define readiness criteria in writing.
• Lead and grow a team of 10-15 software engineers; manage performance and on-call load.
• Drive multi-quarter roadmaps to reduce risk and cycle time with canaries and feature flags.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, SRE, Security, and Legal to align readiness with launch.
• Communicate status and risk to senior leadership; conduct blameless post-release reviews.
