Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, AZ is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to join Troon's global golf and community management team. This role focuses on delivering a positive experience for members and guests while growing your knowledge of golf club operations.

Responsibilities include daily operations, sales, POS, handicap, tee sheets, lessons, merchandising, and event support. The position requires an AA degree or 6 months experience, current PGA/LGPA membership,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Experience with POS and tee time systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily golf shop operations and sales.
• Operate POS system and manage member/guest billing.
• Coordinate tee sheets and handicap records.
• Provide individual and group golf instruction.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and stock control.
• Participate in staff scheduling and guest relations.
• Support club events and outings.
