City of Loveland is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to oversee maintenance of a premier municipal course in Loveland, CO. Lead a skilled team to deliver top-tier turf conditions, water management, and safety compliance across greens, tees and fairways.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in golf course maintenance.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Turfgrass Management or related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Certified Golf Course Superintendent preferred.
• Colorado Pesticide Applicator's Qualified Supervisor's license within 6 months of hire in: Aquatic; Turf Pest Control/Ornamental Pest Control; Industrial & Right of Way Weed Control

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage golf course maintenance, ensuring attractive, consistent turf on greens, tees and fairways.
• Maintain smooth, consistent putting surfaces and proper hole placement.
• Oversee irrigation system management and water-resource use.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, safety, and record-keeping.
• Monitor expenditures and revenue projections for the golf course.
• Collaborate with Golf Advisory Board and department requests.
