The City of Loveland is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to maintain a premier 27-hole course and a dedicated 9-hole mini-course, ensuring pristine greens, tees and fairways while optimizing water use and safety.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Turfgrass Management, 5 years in golf course maintenance, and 3 years of supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license is required, with Colorado pesticide licenses due within 6 months of hire.

• 5 years experience in golf course maintenance.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for education requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee golf course maintenance ensuring attractive, uniform and fast turf on greens, tees and fairways.
• Ensure smooth and consistent putting surfaces and proper hole placement.
• Develop and implement long-term tree and natural area management plans.
• Manage irrigation system and water resources effectively.
• Supervise staff, train and maintain records, monitor expenditures and revenue projections.
• Communicate with stakeholders and participate in Golf Advisory Board activities.
