Job summary

Stable Sea Inc. builds infrastructure for cross-border stablecoin payments and treasury management. You will work directly with the CTO and founding team on architecture and implementation, owning the work end-to-end.

This senior role rewards autonomy and strong technical ownership in a small, fast-moving team. You’ll focus on core money movement APIs, bank and rails integrations, and scalable backend services in Go, with high-quality TS/React components and robust observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering with Go and TS.
• Fintech/payments or financial infrastructure background.
• Strong systems design instincts and ability to reason about trade-offs.
• Experience running production systems at scale with observability and reliability.
• Self-directed with comfort in ambiguity.
• Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of their impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop core money movement APIs and transaction infrastructure.
• Integrate with banks, payment rails, and stablecoin networks.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant backend services in Go.
• Develop high-quality and well-tested TS/React components.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response tooling.
• Support internal systems for operations and compliance.
