The role requires deep Go expertise, React.js experience, and the ability to influence engineering direction while working onsite at the client site in Midtown Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend engineering with Go
• 2+ years React.js experience with hooks
• Experience building microservices at scale
• Proficiency with REST, gRPC or GraphQL
• Cloud proficiency (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization
• Solid CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools
• Onsite work in Midtown Atlanta, US citizen or permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Go.
• Build React components and front-end features integrated with Go-based APIs.
• Architect distributed systems and microservices for scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Define APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) for internal services and front‑end use.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and client teams onsite to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide architectural guidance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across services.
