Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale backend software in Go (Golang).
• Hands-on with real-time communications platforms and protocols (FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIPGo, Pion WebRTC, Asterisk, RTPengine).
• Experience with event streaming (NATS/JetStream, Kafka).
• Experience operating PostgreSQL and ClickHouse at scale.
• Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC media streams, and telephony concepts.

Responsibilities

• Distributed Backend & Next-Gen Architecture (Go).
• Architect, write, and maintain production-grade microservices in Go powering Convoso's SaaS platform.
• Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for call routing, reporting, AI processing, data sync.
