Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Compute Architecture team. You will help build the software control plane for hardware lifecycle management across large-scale GPU data centers, using Go-based distributed services and robust APIs.

You will design, implement, and operate systems that bring infrastructure online, monitor health, automate workflows, and improve observability with a focus on reliability and scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating infrastructure or backend systems.
• Strong production Go experience with building distributed services.
• Experience designing and building gRPC/REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production.
• Familiarity with observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Go-based services that manage large-scale GPU data center infrastructure.
• Build automation for data center bring-up, hardware discovery, health monitoring, remediation, and production operations.
• Develop reliable APIs and workflows for managing BMCs, firmware state, server health, and rack infrastructure.
• Improve observability, alerting, and tooling to detect, understand, and resolve production issues.
• Translate incidents and hardware failure modes into software improvements for resilience.
• Collaborate with hardware, platform, and product teams to design fleet-scale systems.
