Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Uber's code hosting, code review, and code search platforms; ensure a consistently green main branch.
• Design, build, and maintain Go-based tooling for the code review workflow and SubmitQueue.
• Drive end-to-end projects from problem framing to production rollout and ongoing operations.
• Define and enforce testing, monitoring, and alerting standards; track key metrics and lead incident response.
• Measure and improve developer experience for thousands of engineers across Uber.
