Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Lead Golang Developer for our Irving, TX base, with additional roles in Charlotte, NC and Columbus, OH. The position emphasizes Go development, microservices, and scalable backend systems.

You will leverage Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, and Generative AI tools while guiding technical delivery in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Go (Golang) development with backend/server-side expertise.
• Experience building microservices and large-scale enterprise apps.
• 3+ years Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Strong Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• 2+ years developing Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar.
• Strong architecture and design skills focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Hands-on self-starter capable of leading technical delivery in an agile environment.
• Strong Java experience; Python experience preferred.
