PTR Global in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and develop a multi-agent orchestration platform and automation frameworks that scale enterprise AI initiatives across the organization.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation, partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI capabilities that improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
2+ years of hands-on Generative AI applications.
Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
5+ years of Software Engineering experience in enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
