Job summary

Offchain is building security‑critical, non‑custodial wallet infrastructure that enables programmable signing and account abstraction. You will own production Go services and cryptographic recovery systems, working in a small, high‑ownership team with external security audits.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineer with production Go experience
• Security-first by default with threat-model thinking
• Ability to reason about cryptographic systems in production
• Solid in distributed systems and API design
• Operational experience with Kubernetes and observability
• Clear written communicator for design docs and reviews

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Go backend services powering wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale
• Implement distributed key generation and secret sharing with multi-party recovery
• Work with TEEs and trusted execution environments to secure key material
• Integrate authentication and signing providers and manage policy flows
• Support security reviews with design docs and audits
• Handle production operations, monitoring, secrets, certificates, and compliance controls
