Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Backend Developer – Go to design and build high-performance, cloud-native backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.

This 100% remote role in the United States offers a full-time direct W2 position with a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, Docker, and CI/CD is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Go.
• Strong experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
• Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation tools.
• Develop gRPC/REST APIs and integrate with databases and messaging systems.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain technical documentation.
