Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Golang Developer to design and build high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications using Go. You will work on latency-conscious, scalable systems and contribute to a shared codebase across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time in Go.
Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, contexts).
Production gRPC and REST APIs in Go.
Kubernetes-native development (client-go, controller-runtime).
Relational and key-value data stores.
Distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployment.
Debugging and performance-engineering skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build high-performance backend services with Go.
Develop infrastructure tooling and cloud-native applications.
