NDA is seeking a senior Go backend engineer to build high-load, business-critical services for betting products. You will design scalable systems, participate in architectural decisions, and ensure code quality with robust testing and documentation.

The role requires deep Go knowledge, strong database and Linux experience, and collaboration in a Scrum environment. Fluency in English and Russian is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including 4+ years with Go.
• Backend solutions for betting products experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of Go internals: concurrency, data structures, memory management, GC.
• Extensive relational database experience; SQL tuning and optimization.
• Linux-based environments with Docker proficiency.
• Production experience with Kafka and Kubernetes.
• Emphasis on testable code and solid unit test coverage.
• Intermediate English and Upper-Intermediate Russian.
• Nice to have: DDD/Clean Architecture/Hexagonal Architecture, PostgreSQL/ClickHouse.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve scalable backend services in Go, focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, infrastructure, and long-term evolution.
• Develop clean, well-structured, testable code with strong docs and standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide technical feedback.
• Handle complex data flows and ensure reliable processing and data integrity.
• Collaborate across the SDLC within a Scrum team and plan deliveries.
• Take ownership of development activities and organize day-to-day work.
