Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience (or equivalent expertise in distributed systems).
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Extensive experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Experience developing scalable microservices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka and asynchronous messaging systems.
• Experience working with Redis for caching and distributed data management.
• Strong knowledge of database design using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience debugging and optimizing distributed applications.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, networking, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems using Go (Golang).
• Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven microservices.
• Design resilient, fault-tolerant architectures capable of high availability.
• Develop and maintain microservices using modern distributed architecture patterns.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for asynchronous communication and event streaming.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Work with data stores including MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
