Job summary

Proxify is seeking a Senior Golang Developer (Fullstack, Backend-Heavy) to join one of our high-growth client teams as a core software architect. You will design and scale high-performance microservices in Go while also building responsive frontend interfaces with TypeScript frameworks.

You will drive scaling efforts beyond CRUD, tackling data ingestion, distributed concurrency, and real-time state challenges. This role rewards systems-thinking, Go speed, and end-to-end product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Go/Golang
• Strong production-grade mastery of Go, memory model, channels and concurrency
• Experience building microservices with HTTP frameworks or gRPC/Protobufs
• Frontend development with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js
• Relational databases, PostgreSQL, with performance tuning
• Experience with message brokers or streaming platforms (Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis)
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong testing mindset with unit tests and integration tests
• Located in CET timezone ±3 hours; remote candidates outside CET may not be considered

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance Go backends and frontend interfaces
• Profile and optimize Go applications for minimal memory use and ultra-low latency
• Design RESTful or gRPC APIs for inter-service communication
• Conduct peer code reviews and promote clean code and SOLID principles
• Collaborate with DevOps to build automated testing and deployment pipelines
