Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Backend Developer — Go to design, build, and optimize high-performance, cloud-native backend services and APIs. This remote, direct-W2 role focuses on scalable Go-based solutions with Kubernetes, distributed systems, and microservices.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of Go experience, strong knowledge of cloud technologies, and ability to deliver reliable services that integrate with databases and messaging systems.

Formación

• At least five years of software engineering experience with Go.
• Strong experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC and REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or NATS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
• Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation tools.
• Develop and integrate gRPC and REST APIs with databases and messaging systems.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform debugging and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, production-grade applications.
• Maintain technical documentation and support consistent development practices.
