Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a senior GNSS hardware engineer to architect GNSS DSP hardware and define system specifications with modeling in MATLAB/C++/SystemC. You will work closely with digital design and firmware teams to translate requirements into detailed designs and test vectors.

The role focuses on energy-efficient, robust GNSS performance and requires collaboration across RF, mixed-signal, RTL, and software teams to push the boundaries of GNSS capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in wireless communications space with focus on digital hardware system design, e.g. GNSS, Connectivity, Cellular.
• Familiarity with digital communication, signal processing, spread spectrum system, or systems theory.

Responsibilities

• Architect the GNSS digital signal processing hardware.
• Hardware specification and modeling in MATLAB/C++/SystemC.
• Collaborate with digital design and firmware teams to translate requirements into detailed design specifications and test vectors.
