Job summary

Xona is seeking an analytical GNSS engineer to join the team in Burlingame, CA. You will perform deep analyses of GNSS performance, develop measurement and position engine concepts, and contribute to live-sky demonstrations for Pulsar’s PNT platform.

Ideal candidates have hands-on GNSS testing experience, strong coding in Python/C++/MATLAB, and a track record of independent, rigorous research in dynamic environments. Collaboration with the product team and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of GNSS experience.
• Experience with GNSS timing and UTC traceability.

Responsibilities

• Designing and conducting live-sky test campaigns to showcase Pulsar capabilities.
• Assist time-sensitive analyses to support company objectives.
• Prepare technical resources and materials on Pulsar-based PNT.
• Author white papers and technical reports detailing GNSS research topics.
